About Me
Roxana Salehi, PhD, CE
As an independent consultant, I bring 14 years of global experience in designing and evaluating complex health interventions.
Over the course of my career, I have guided large, multi-disciplinary teams (up to 45 people) and secured major funding (up to $20M) to move innovations from pilot stage to mainstream practice. This includes shaping national nursing education policy in Ghana, advancing paediatric cancer care in the Caribbean, and developing the first comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation framework for Precision Child and Youth Mental Health Collaboratory.
I hold a PhD in Public Health with advanced training in digital health, program evaluation (including economic evaluation), statistics, business, and AI/machine learning. My work has been cited in leading journals such as The Lancet Regional Health.
I currently live in Barcelona and work globally.
