Roxana Salehi, PhD, CE
Thank you for visiting! My name is Roxana Salehi and I founded Vitus Research & Evaluation Consulting in 2014.
I specialize in designing and guiding complex, evidence-based initiatives that drive impact across healthcare systems, and community development.
My work integrates evaluative science, Technology (AI/ML), data analysis, and program design to support organizations in making better decisions, faster.
I lead the end-to-end design and implementation of evaluations—developing logic models, theories of change, research protocols, data tools, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks—grounded in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
A core focus of my practice is ensuring that research and evaluation translate into actionable insights. I support rapid learning and real-time decision-making through stakeholder engagement, continuous feedback loops, and corporate training, while also contributing to peer-reviewed publications and global knowledge-sharing.
